Don and I roomed together the first half of our sophomore year at Ohio U. A nicer fellow you could never meet - generous of spirit and very thoughtful. I'm sorry we lost touch after our college years; it was very nice to read of his fulfilling life. May his memory be for a blessing

He lived across the street from me growing up. A nicer, kinder person you could not meet. Rest in peace.

Didn't know him but we had a close connection to the State of Israel which is still my home and the place that I live and love. BDE

A lot of families moved to Elmdale in University Heights at the same time. We all grew up together Donnie was my next door neighbor, Michael Dueber and Dennis Ackerman lived across the street. Our families were close- actually, everyone on the street were close even if we didn't hang out together. Donnie was a little shy around me and always sweet, gentle and kind. I lost touch with him when I went to college. I saw Mrs Levy about 20 years ago and she was so proud of Donnie and happy that Donnie had so much love and happiness in his life. I have fond memories of Donnie and feel blessed to have had him in my life.  Judi Lewis
