Elouise Roffe-Fisher age 74 of Concord passed away October 17, 2021 at Tripoint Medical Center. She was born July 8, 1947 in Minford, OH the daughter of James and Altie (Hanna) Roffe. Elouise retired from TRW where she worked for several years. She enjoyed time spent with her husband, Dean while working in their garden. She was a loving mother, wife, friend, sister, aunt and a true lover of animals. She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Dean G. Fisher; son, Chester L. Scott; sister, Evelyn and Marty Poag of Florida; sisters-in-law, Catherine (Kay) Roffe of North Carolina and Marie –Jose Roffe of Texas; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, William, Ellis, Frank, Cliff, Robert and Chester Roffe. Services will be held at a later date.
