Howard was a remarkable person who shared his joy of life with so many others. He has been gone for abut 15 years and left behind a wife and 2 adult children. It was so sad to see him die so young but he left uswith an important message, "Enjoy your life, its the most precious thing we have............."
I was so saddened to learn of Howard's passing from the reunion memoriums. Howard, Jack Fox and I were good friends in high school. Howard was hysterically funny and probably could have been a comedian. For a while, Howard dated Sharon Streem who lived down the street from me. Sadly, she has also passed far too young. Unfortunately, I completely lost track of Howard after high school, but thought of him and wondered whether he ever became the DJ "How Big" to which he aspired. Far too many people gone far too soon.
