Robert Seid

After graduating from Northwestern University, I spent 35 years at WGN-TV in Chicago as a director. In 2009 i began directing live video coverage for classical and pop concerts. This summer (2015) I'll be directing shows at the Ravinia Festival in Highland Park, Illinois and at Lollapalooza in Chicago.

i live in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood with my wife, Ilene Zeiger.

The choir trips to Boston and Toronto in 1964 and 65. I remember trying to put my arm around Claudia Dobos and Suzie Ettinger with limitied success during the long bus rides. And our concerts were pretty good, too, as i recall..
