Met Michael and all the special needs students the first day of Lunch at Roosevelt Junior High School.

I was saddened  by the treatment they received ...

I chose working with special needs people for the last 25 years.

I have the highest praise for michael and all special needs people. They succeeded and accomplished their goal with dignity and remarkable courage.

Bless his memory...bless our class of June 1965...Every one of us is special.

My Brother (Maynard Peterman) was a "Special Needs Student" all through his Cleveland Heights Education. Michael and my brother became friends and did some and shared some activities together, He was a very nice man and didn't have a mean bone in his body. He was very kind and never disrespected anyone. I remember seeing Michael at the Class of 1965, 20year and 50 year reunions. He always asked about my Brother. It was disgraceful the way they were treated (by other students/classmates), remembering defending my brothers honor a couple of times. May you rest in peace Michael and trust me you were SPECIAL. My sincere sympathty to his Family.
