Tom was the most loving, caring, compassionate individual i have ever met.Tom spent his last year putting me 1st as I battled AML leukemia! In September Tom had a triple by pass. Swelling in both legs lead to complications both heart & kidneys Tom ended up on dialysis 24 hours a day for four days. . On Friday October 24th, Tom sat me down in front of him and told me he couldn’t do it anymore. He wanted the dialysis turned off and to go to hospice to prepare him for HEAVEN, I am happy to say he went out his way! Tom passed four days later very peacefully. I spent my nights with him and my son stayed Tom’s last night feeling this was the end. Tom pasted early Morning on the 28th of October. He passed so peacefully we didn’t even know he had passed.

Condolences to Tom's family. I remember Tom very well from homeroom at Heights. He was always a great guy to talk with. Rest in Peace Tom.

Tom was someone I became friends with during my years at Heights, and he brought a sense of fun and warmth to every day. I’ll never forget our times together as my Lab partner in Chemistry class—how I’d jokingly would step back when he started an experiment and how we’d laugh about it. Those simple moments have stayed with me. Wishing him peace and sending my condolences to all who loved him.
