Selected excerpts from works by Tony Pazelt

WHEN

I have loved you so completely, I have given you my heart
I’m alive when we’re together, I die when we’re apart
My love has not consumed you, we’ve not finished with our rhyme
Tell me won’t you tell me when will you be mine

....

THE RACKABOAR

Stay close to home my little son, now don’t you wander off
For there is danger all around, and danger you can’t scoff

The young can never understand the evil that’s in store
Or what they might encounter outside of Papa’s door

Your Papas here, my little son, to keep you safe and warm
To guide you through your tender years and keep you safe from harm

But I can’t do it by myself, and that my son is true
You need to see the danger lad and learn what you must do

The demon that I speak of and why caution I implore
Is the terror of the shadows, the fearsome Rackaboar

Anthony, you nailed it... the Rackaboar was our enemy. Sooner or later we are all gone. In your case had I been the boss...much later...much much later. Til then..and then forever.
