I found out about her passong from a list that Erick Mack has for Clevelanders in Israel. I would have visited her had I known she was here. Katamon where she lived is not that far from Beitar where I live. Had a long talk with her sister who is very special. My we be able to share smachot. Baruch Dayan HaEmet.

Terrible news!  Carol was in my homeroom and I remember her as a sweet and kind girl.  Saw her last at our 40th reunion.  May she rest in peace and may her memory be a blessing.

I am so sad to read about Carol's death. I remember her all the way back to Boulevard. She was a smart, lovely kind person. At one point I lived in Katamon, Israel when I lived in Jerusalem. May her memory be a blessing. Baruch Dayan ha'emet.

Carol was a good friend in Jr. High and High School and then my roommate at Ohio State.   She will be missed by her family and friends.  Rest in Peace my dear friend.

Such sad news. We first met in elementary school. We often walked to and from Heights High together. Such great memories. I knew she wanted to leave San Diego but I didn’t know she moved to Jerusalem. Had I known I would have contacted her while on one of my lengthy visits. She was a lovely person, who will be deeply missed. May her memory be a blessing.

I knew Carol from Park Synagogue for many, many years.

She was a class act.

RIP, Carol!

Such sad news.  Carol was my friend since 7th grade.  We always tried to get together whenever I was in San Diego.  She once got me invited aboard the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan nuclear aircraft carrier at the Naval base a couple of years before she moved to Israel.  R.I.P Carol.

I remember Carol in elementary school. I thought she lived in the Harvard and Lee area and went to Gracemount Elementary till she moved. We were in Brownies together and met again at Heights. Not sure how old we were when she moved. Do any of you remember when she started at Boulevard? Always a chance I'm "misremembering" but as all of you have said, Carol was a sweetheart, kind to all. May her memory be a blessing! 😢💔
